Neuro Linguistic Programming explores the relationship between how we think (neurology) how we communicate through body language and words (linguistics) and our patterns of behaviour, beliefs and ethics (programming).

Each of us build up our own model of the world based on our values and beliefs, our memories and our interpretation of the events that happen to us in our lives. This model is the way we make sense of the world around us, it is the way we relate to our families, friends and work mates.

NLP provides the tools and techniques to understand our own model of the world and our behaviour. Once we understand what makes us tick we can change any limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that can hold us back and improve our quality of life in any area where communication is a factor.
